Decent starter for price
The bag doesn’t really carry the ring unless you really pack it in, storage is fine. I’d absolutely say it’s decent quality for a starter kit especially at this price point. I used it and it made my workout 10x better. It comes with everything you see on the box. It’s not a better me dupe. It does look sort of cheap. It’s $30. But it works well. I definitely recommend it

Update: The ball doesn’t stay inflated and one of the bands broke aout 3 weeks in. Not good quality.Good beginner set. Has everything I need to practice at home.

Perfect for travel!
I am constantly in physical therapy for arthritic joint pain, and I have a lot of equipment I use at home. I travel a lot and don’t like lugging around a big bag of PT essentials. This little set is absolutely perfect for travel! I keep it in my suitcase so I can do physical therapy in any location, like my hotel room! The strap and various strengths of resistance bands are lightweight and take up very little space in my suitcase pocket!

I must’ve gotten a defective Pilates ball because after I blow it up, the air comes right back out again when I remove the air tube. I can’t get this thing fully inflated. Otherwise the kit seems fine.
