A little benefit, a lot of chafing
When I first put it on and got it properly adjusted, I was skeptical it actually did anything. I was mostly just aware of the places it chafed uncomfortably, especially under the armpits. I felt like I could slouch just as easily, and if anything I was encouraged to slouch *more* to alleviate the uncomfortable tension from the brace.However, I did wear it while driving most of one day during a multi-day road trip, and I found that I was much less stiff and sore the next day compared to the days I hadn’t been wearing it. I think it did help keep my body from slouching forward like I tend to do while driving. However, I did find myself desperately pulling it off in the final hour of driving and was hit with an unbelievable way of relief, exactly like taking an ill-fitting bra off after a long day.Perhaps with more wear, it will soften up a little to be more bearable. But as it is now, it’s not something I think I could easily wear in any situations where I would be moving around a lot because of how uncomfortably it rubs in the armpits and on the neck.

When “Good Posture” Comes at Too High a Cost (in Comfort)
I really wanted this to be the one—something to help me un-round my shoulders after childbirth and breastfeeding—but wow, this thing is not it. Finding the right fit feels impossible, and even when adjusted, it’s just not comfortable enough to wear for more than a few minutes. I have diastasis recti, so the band across my upper stomach bends and rolls in the most awkward way. And forget wearing it under clothes—it looks like I’m smuggling a small harness. Honestly? I’ll just save up for that Taylor Swift posture bra everyone’s raving about and call it a day.

⭐️⭐️ Comfort Issues Outweigh the Support
I purchased this posture corrector for men and women hoping it would help support my back and improve my posture, especially since I have damaged spinal disc and tend to slump. The brace is lightweight and very adjustable, but finding the right fit took some time.Once I got it adjusted, I felt ready to stand tall and get on with my day — unfortunately, that didn’t last long. After about 30 minutes of wear, the brace began rolling and riding up, and I had to keep tugging and readjusting it. The straps also started to irritate my skin around the armpits and along the collarbone, eventually causing redness and even whelps. I made sure it wasn’t too tight, so the issue seems to be the fabric and strap design, which are too flexible to provide real support.I really wanted this to work, but I just can’t wear it long enough to get any benefit. It might work for someone who’s mostly sitting still at a desk or standing in one position, but for any kind of movement or daily activity, this posture corrector just isn’t ideal.

Helps my teen be more mindful of her posture, but not the easiest for her to put on.
This posture corrector looks to be well made. The velcro quality is strong, but I wish it could have extended a little more on the part laying against her body when the overlap is pulled tighter. I bought a large (in black) for my teen daughter who has a medical diagnosis involving her spine. I helped her put it on, but when left to her own devices, she said it was difficult to put on. When she had it on, she said she felt it helped her to be more mindful of her posture and stand up straighter, so it functions as it should thus far. For reference: she wears small and medium (women’s) tops and size 10 jeans.
