NOTE: Under length mode, do not insert the locking pin into the tape receptacle for circumference mode. Under circumference mode, insert the locking pin into the tape receptacle for circumference mode. The difference value between the circumference and length measurement is 2.1cm / 0.84in.
How to install the battery correctly?
1. Use a screwdriver (not included) to loosen the screw, then remove the cover.
2. Insert the battery and ensure the positive pole is facing up.
3. Align the battery cover with the opening and securely tighten the screw.
What to do if the tape measure screen doesn’t show anything?
1. Please remove the battery, wait 1min and reinstall it.
2. Replace the battery.
Why won’t the tape measure connect to my phone?
1. Make sure the app you open is “Renpho Health”.
2. Please place the tape measure near your phone.
3. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
What apps can I sync my smart tape measurement data to?
1. Currently, the RENPHO Tape Measure is only compatible with the Renpho Health APP.
2. Only waist measurement data can be synced to Apple Health, not other measurement data.
3. Other third-party apps are not supported at this time.
Why do measurements not line up with app?
Cause 1: The data was not zeroed for the last measurement. Please press and hold “√ ”button to zero the measurement.
Cause 2: Forget to switch between length mode and circumference modes. Please long press “M” Button to switch two measurement modes.

Great for tracking real progress!

simple to use
I ordered this because I have a body measuring tape that works of batteries. I love it because it wraps around your body part so you can get an accurate reading, but you have to manually hit “set” so it will hold the measurement so you can write it down or enter it into an app.I saw this one that automatically enters it into an app and thought I would give it a try.It works great! It syncs with the Renpho app so it’s easy to use.

Disappointed
This measuring tape is easy to use and transfers quickly to the app. Do for this product high marks. I give the company less than 5 stars. The company should be 3 stars for producing great products and then not finishing the job. They have several products that sync with their app and then it’s ALL STOP! A proper application would use weight, heart rate/blood pressure measurements etc along with the data regarding height, weight, and age to accurately measure and report body mass, body fat and a much more accurate account of physical condition. There are several medically accepted formulas out there. Their application is a thumbs down for being weak. The application writer should easily be able to apply the formulas. Also they offer pairing with other apps like fitbit, Google fit and apple. Why? If they don’t have a proper agreement with the other apps for data sharing, what’s the point. I enter my food consumption carefully on fitbit. They don’t actually talk to each other. Again, what is the point in saying you are sharing data if you are not. What is the point I. Saying you are a health and fitness company and application if you are not fully committed. For example: I am a 59 year old male. 5’8″. I average around 185 lbs. By this company standards I am obese unless I ask the application to use a different algorithm wich still does not take all the actual data into account. I wear a 32″ belt, the smallest adult size you can by and I work out hard weights, cardio, and core . No reason to give father time any help. I am far from the most fit person around, certainly not obese. If I had it to do again, I would not have made these purchases a d upgraded to a more accurate solution.

What a great device!
I love this! It easily connects to an app and records all of my body measurements. I am currently on a weight loss journey and this is a very helpful tool.There was a bit of a learning curve at first. It looks like the device shut itself off after only less than a minute of being turned on. But that only happens when it’s not an actual use. When I have been using it to measure everything from my neck down to my calves, which takes about 10 minutes, It never shut off and it recorded everything with great accuracy.I love how this device compiles a history of your measurements said that you can easily compare measurements to current ones and see your progress.The tape wraps around the body part and locks into a little hole and it stays there with a magnet. You need to pop it out gently each time you measure a different part.The numbers are a little difficult to read on the device, because I felt like the face of the device was often turned away from me, and it was a little difficult to flip it over to read the numbers, until I realized the numbers also show up directly on the app during the measurement. So you can just look at the numbers on the app. You don’t need to look at the numbers on the device while you are taking the measurements. Although, I still tended to do this because I wanted to make sure both numbers matched. They did!I think it’s a great value. I highly recommend it.
