Great lifestyle tracker.
I love it. Its been a great addition to my lifestyle tracking. Great functionality and no monthly subscription fee. Now I know exactly how much and the quality of sleep I get. Durable but scratches, not a big deal to me. The app is easy to use also. I wash dishes, exercise and shower with it on and I haven’t had any problem yet. Battery life is over a week with it set at 5 minute intervals checking my vitals. The heart rate is pretty much exactly in line with my expensive chest monitor I use for cardio.

I’ve had this for 1/2 a day and I really like it. We will see how it/the charger holds up as I’ve seen some people say it doesn’t last as long as it should. It was so easy to set up and had like 75% battery, then only took maybe 15 mins to fully charge. App is easy to navigate and frankly looks good. I did a small work out and it’s accurate with the steps so far. My mini stepper counts as well so I compared to that. All other vital signs seem to be in line with what my normal is too. It’s comfortable, not heavy or thick. But still feels high quality, I was pleased pulling it out of the package.UPDATE: It’s been over a week and I still like it. The battery would’ve lasted just about 9 days, I charged it before it got to ~0%. Good enough for me. It charged quickly too, did some chores and it was done. I keep seeing reviews with the app being troublesome but I haven’t had any issues and I rather enjoy it. There’s a lot of information. I saw an update for it so maybe that’s the issue??? The ring has been really comfortable, I did get the sizing kit and it’s worth waiting the extra day or two. I also see people complaining about the size when this company and other smart ring companies clearly state they don’t follow regular jewelry sizing. So truly size before you buy unless you’ve owned one before. Stats are overall pretty accurate. I somewhat know what time I wake up randomly while sleeping and it does match with what the app says so I tend to believe the rest of it for sleep. I’ve counted off steps in my head and then looked at the app — if I walked 50 steps it logged 50 steps. All of my workouts have been detected, time/calories/steps, all there.

Great Smart Ring
The ring itself is very nice. It is lightweight and durable. It can take a minute to connect and sync when cell service or WiFi isn’t great. The features work really well. Heart rate is consistent with the measurements from my Apple Watch. I love that the app doesn’t require a subscription.

I love the health details on the RingConn App. It has about everything I could possibly want, except Blood Pressure, which I am not sure rings can do. The font on the app is a little hard to read as it is small and they use gray instead of black in most of the text. I only have an iPhone10, so maybe a larger phone would be easier to read. The data collected is accurate though, compared to the cheaper $40 health tracker rings.A HUGE PLUS is that there is no monthly charge to see your own data and use the app, like the Oura ring does. Monthly digs into your pocket really add up. After paying $200 for something, you shouldn’t have to pay to see your own health data. I did however notice they say for “Basic information”, but for more details, it cost $? I haven’t been charged, or have seen any adds yet, in the week I have worn it, so we will see.The RingConn is comfortable and well made. The outer titanium surface (I have galaxy silver) is very durable, but I still cover it with a clear ring protector. The bumps inside, compared to a normal ring are unnoticeable. They do help to keep the ring in the correct position.I have had an issue with sizing, like others have mentioned. I even bought the RingConn sizing kit. According to the ring sizing kit, my index finger, normally a 10, needed an 11 RingConn. When I recieved the 11 ring, it was slightly larger, by about a half size. Had to return for a 10. I sure hope they give me my money back. We will see.One thing I do wish the charging stand had was a battery in it with a cover to keep the dust off, like others rings have. Would be nice for travel. Also, there is no fully charged light. You need to look at the app to see the percentage charged. But this wouldn’t keep me from buying it.I will update my review, as time goes on to keep you informed.

So Much Better than my old Wrist-Based Tracker
I’ve had the Rinconn Gen 2 Air for two months now. I previously bought the sizing rings and wore size 8 for a couple of days. The real ring fits perfectly and I alternate between index finger during the day and middle finger at night because my wedding band interferes with hand actions during the day. Previously I used a Misfit Ray with wrist-strap for many years and would remove it at night, during showers or swimming. I only take the gen 2 air off for charging. I charge the same day/time once a week just to make sure I do it. The ray had batteries that lasted 4 months.Step tracking seems accurate – actually more accurate than my ray; also I do turn on exercise tracking outdoor walking for planned walks and it is no trouble at all and I like that it provides a map. Sleep monitoring and analysis has been particularly useful for me as I’ve had sleep difficulties. Heart rate, different stages of sleep, SpO2 tracking has been great. The app has some interesting insights.The app is free, the reporting is excellent, there have been no problems with syncing and the battery really lasts! It finish has not scratched at all during these 2 months. This product is a winner!**********UPDATE*********** My husband just ordered and received his a couple of days ago. He is pleased as well – although new to wearing or using any kind of tracker. I’ve been happy with new updates this week and am comparing the automatic tracking feature with the manually invoked one. Pretty close except with the former one doesn’t use the gps so no accompanying mileage or map.

I love this product. I was beholden to my Apple Watch for an activity tracker and missed wearing normal watches. I bought the RingConn and I’m really happy. The steps maybe over count slightly but it just means I add more steps to my daily target. Battery life is a week and recharges quickly. It’s light and comfortable. A good price and no monthly subscription. Highly recommended

I have worn it day and night for a few days, and it is comfortable enough that I barely notice it—even during workouts or while typing. Battery life hovers around eight days per charge, which feels generous given the continuous monitoring.My only disappointment is the finish. In the product photos the bronze appeared muted, almost like brushed stainless steel; in person it is a highly polished, mirror-like bronze that catches far more light than I expected. It is still attractive, just much flashier, and it clashes a bit with my other jewelry. If a subtle look matters to you, be prepared for a shinier ring than the images suggest.Overall, the tracking performance earns high marks, but the color rendering in the listing could be more accurate.
