High quality comfortable to wear
High quality well constructed device, comfortable to wear. It has lots of useful data; timing of the sleep data graph correlates well with known event times, also captures napping events. It provides usefull notifications to get up and move, has very long battery life and is very easy and fast to charge in the battery enabled dock. I have doubts about the accuracy of sleep stages especially REM and awake times. At least awake times don’t seem to match my experience. Apnea monitoring is a great feature. In my case it showed no apnea which is expected given my use of a CPAP. I may report more later if i test the effect of not using the CPAP. No annual fee is a great bonus.

Awesome smart ring!
I have been wanting to have a smart ring for a while, so I did research on the choices that were out there.. I was considering the OURA but I don’t like the thickness of the ring, and they also have a paid subscription. The RingConn is very light, very thin and no subscription. It gives me all the vital information and tracking that I need, and it syncs extremely well with my Apple Watch. I have been wearing it continuously since I got it, other than the few times I have to charge it and it holds a charge extremely well I get a week or more on a charge. It has become a constant fixture on my hand and I hardly even realize I’m wearing it. It has really made a difference in my activity as I can check it and see where I’m at and it’s helping track my sleep, which is also very important. When I compare the tracking to the RingConn and my Apple Watch, they’re extremely close. Highly recommend!

Great smart ring
SIZE UP!!!!!! I had to go up 2 sizes on this ring. I love that there is no subscription fee required. It does everything and is even waterproof. I got the gold and it looks like a plain gold band. App is easy to use.

10 month reviewEdit:Customer support has reached out and has offered to replace the ring. Considering the ring worked perfectly for 10 months and they are now replacing it free of charge, I am giving a 4 stare review.Worked extremely well for about 10 months. The ring started working erratically not picking up vitals, no matter how I wore it even though contacts were cleaned and ring fully charged. When it did work it would work for 3-4 hours then stop again for several hours. It would also loose connection with the app. Sometimes the app would say it couldn’t connect with the ring because the ring was being charge, even though it was on my finger. I have reset the ring several times. Sometimes it would work for minutes, sometimes for hours, sometimes a few days. Eventually it would stop working even though I kept the ring charged. I also deleted the app and reloaded it. I contacted their customer support a few times. I was told to reset the ring, and make sure it’s charged. Each time they replied with “looked” into it and the ring is working smoothly. This has been extremely frustrating especially considering it worked so well for several months! Customer support has been useless.

Exactly what I wanted, has exceeded my expectations
I’ve had a RingConn Gen 2 for almost a year now, and it is exactly what I was looking for in a fitness tracker. My old Fitbit died, and I needed something to replace it, but all of the new models are too large for my tastes. I really don’t love wearing something on my wrist, so I was fascinated by the fitness rings, but I didn’t want to pay a monthly subscription fee on top of the pricey tech itself just to use it. That’s how I found RingConn; buy the ring, and that one time cost is all you pay, no subscription needed. I am not an elite athlete by any means. If you need extremely precise constant feedback to monitor everything with peak accuracy, then this is probably not for you. If you want something to give you a very good readout of your various health and fitness metrics (steps, sleep, heart rate, oxygen saturation, other vitals, etc) to show you how you’re doing and to keep you on track, then RingConn should work just fine. It can also monitor for sleep apnea, but I do not use that particular feature, so I can’t speak to it. Previously, the only down side was that it could not auto detect your workouts, but a recent firmware update (September 2025) fixed that and it works well, at least for walking; I can’t speak to any other activities. Definitely use the sizing kit; my RingConn is a full size larger than my typical ring size, but it is very comfortable. Wear the sizer you think you need for a few days to make sure the thickness of the ring won’t bother you. The extra thickness takes a few days to get accustomed to, but now I don’t even notice it. I prefer to wear it on my middle finger rather than my index finger, and it still works great. My skin tends to react badly to cheap metal, and I am unable to wear costume jewelry of any kind without having some sort of skin reaction, but I have had zero issues with the the titanium Gen 2, and I wear it every single day. It is waterproof, so you can wash your hands with it on, though I do personally remove it to shower or wash dishes. The battery also lasts about 10 days for me (I only use “persistent connection” mode when exercising), and the charging case lasts for multiple charges. I think I’ve only charged the case twice in the almost year I have owned the ring. The ring can store about 24 hours worth of data at a time, so you will want to connect to the app at least once a day to ensure that you get of the information. I try to connect at least twice a day: when I wake up and before bed. Each “data download” from the ring typically takes less than 10 seconds, so it’s very quick. The RingConn Gen 2 has far exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to buy another one!

Spectacular device!
After a rather poor experience with a competing ring I decided to try the Ringconn2, much to mysurprise this ring has exceeded all my expectations. Battery life is nothing short of remarkable, itintegrates seamlessly with Apple Health and provides an exceptional amount of information allof which is extremely useful. I especially appreciate the SPO2 readings and the fact that nosubscription costs are necessary.

First check the best fit of ring size using the size kit.Writing this review after 45 days, Looks elegant, works excellent, Battery Remains 10 days, Perfectly syncs with the phone. Don’t feeling wearing it.App is too professional and provides loads of information on the Vitals, Sleep, Activity and Stress. Ai based plan needs a lot of improvement (still in beta), finding cumulative monthly achievements in the app is bit hard. Sometimes the info provided by app seems to be overwhelming.Sleep Apnea Tracking is good and looks suggestive. Only after couple of months it can be confirmed.Otherwise a best product that comes without any subscription and doing it’s job so well.Kudoos to Ringconn Team.
