It works the pain away!!!
I woke up one day with a stiff neck 7 months ago. I thought it would go away on its own. It only got worse. Went to the doctor and was prescribed steroids and muscle relaxers. Went back to the doctor six months later and was prescribed the same medicine, because the pain was even worse than before. So I tried it again. After a month I went in for a regular physical with my primary care doctor and explained to him that the prior medicine was not working. He sent me for an x-ray and physical therapy. The neck had a deep burning sensation to the point of not sleeping and wanting to go to the emergency room. I went to physical therapy and got neck massages to wake up some neck muscles and exercise to strengthen them. Nothing was happening. I decided to purchase this product. The very first time I used it, the burning sensation went away immediately. Those muscles were definitely woken up due to the deep intensity of the massager. It rools up your neck and then switches to rolling down. I would definitely recommend this project if your neck is sore and burning. My headache went away as well. I have about 6 more weeks of physical therapy, however, I’m going to tell my therapist about this product and ask should I continue with the therapy. I don’t think I need it now.

Amazing for the price!!
Overall, this has been a great item for me.I was having issues with my neck and shoulders, due to carrying a baby on my hip, as well as my spouse enjoying it also.It comes with a power cable for inside the house, as well as one for the car, so it’s compact and easy to take on the go.I haven’t tried many, but it’s provided comfort for myself, and for $30 I don’t think I could do much better!!3 settings, heat, super nice!!Great value for money, 5 Stars!!

helps with sleep
a bit awkward and doesn’t massage right on the shoulders very well at all (at least, not without intense manipulating) BUT it feels so good when you know how to use it. Using it before bed increased my sleep quality and I fell asleep so fast without even plugging in my phone because I was so relaxed.

The best massager I’ve found anywhere
I’ve had this massager for a couple years now. I love the design and quality. I use it every morning but it still looks brand new. With it, I discovered all my headaches and tension come from knots from in between my shoulder blades, a tough spot most other massagers can’t target without the arm sleeves. I bought a couple more for my family and friends as well.

Intense massager
I’ve been in PT and massage for a while for a host of neck issues. I’ve also been using TENS and other modalities at home to supplement. Regular heating pads and the guns have been of limited help. I saw this heated massager and decided to give it a try. It’s intense. Putting your arms through the loops has a big impact on the intensity of the massage. The range of the massager is good and runs from the base of my neck all the way up to the occipital area. The width is decent as well and can hone in on my neck without squishing it.It has a zipper that runs the length of the massager and I assumed it was so you could wash it. I won’t be doing that at all. While not super complicated, I don’t think it would go back together in the same manner. I’ll use a thin flour sack at my neck and just wipe down with a cloth. Overall, it’s been great so far as I’ve learned how closely to place around my neck and how firmly to tug. Actually wearing it as I write this review and it’s comfortable to type.As far as portability, there was no bag or anything for storage, but my issues are enough that I’ve ordered another to keep at work because it is giving me some needed temporary pain relief. Great quality overall.

Amazing until it isn’t
This is the third of this type of back massager I’ve bought, and this one is by far the best, but it’s problems still show up.So, pros? It is very comfortable, and works well, applying good pressure, without pain. others I’ve bought HURT with how they dig into you. This one does not, and even at high pressure, is comfortable.The heat feels great, and can be turned off. Others I’ve used either didn’t offer much heat, or nearly burned you. This gets hot, but it won’t burn you.Unlike the others I’ve bought, I have never had an issue with this one over heating or locking up, and shutting off. No, it runs its full cycle. By not overheating, I’m inclined to assume the motor in it is actually well made, and by not locking up, it makes it a better choice for bigger people.So, what are the cons that cost it two stars?First, the backing that covers the rollers? One constant experience I’ve had with these kinds of massagers is they ALWAYS tear. Once they start to tear, there is no fixing it. I’ve had this for three months, and mine has torn. One roller is completely exposed. No fixing it.Second, the exposed roller, by coincidence, seems to have broken something in it’s gearing. Clockwise, it works fine. Counterclockwise, and it starts grinding. I could ignore this if I could just tell the massager to not alternate directions when in use, but you can’t. It has a cycle, and you can’t alter it. When it alternates, I have to reach for the button to switch it back while listening to the grinding and being worried every second it is like that, the motor might be further damaged.As my issues are not product defects, but just come from use, I doubt I could qualify for a return or refund, but the fact that I didn’t get 3 months out of the thing really bugs me.As it stands, when I want another of this style massager, I’ll likely buy this again…. but I’ll do it knowing I’m throwing money at a product I’ll be throwing in the trash inside of 6 months.

Ich hatte ja schon einmal ein Massagekissen, aber dieses ist unschlagbar. Ich bin sehr verspannt und beim ersten Benutzen war es sooo schmerzhaft das ich meinen Nacken 2 Tage lang nicht berühren konnte. Aber, danach fühlte ich mich viel besser. Es zeigt also Wirkung. Es ist aber wirklich sehr stark beim massieren. Schade finde ich nur das bei dem Gerät NUR der Nacken massiert wird und nicht die Schultern.
