This $40 Ring vs $400 Samsung Ring
I’ve only had the ring for 12 days, but I like it quite a bit. I got this one as a “cheap” one to see if I’d like wearing it before getting a more expensive Samsung ring. Well, I love it, so I went ahead and ordered the Samsung one. I wore the Samsung ring all weekend, and it’s being returned. I’m keeping this one.I primarily wanted it for sleep tracking. I don’t like that it won’t connect to the Samsung Health app as I really like that app, and the app for this ring is definitely not “English” based. The verbiage is off and has gone through translation. However, I can let that slide. I would love a software update to let it connect to the Samsung Health app. This ring tracks sleep accurately. The Samsung ring (and watch) will say I’m asleep when I’m watching TV or even playing video games because my heart rate settles down and I’m relaxed. Even if I get up and move around or if I’m on my phone doom scrolling, they say I’m sleeping. This ring does not. I’ve not had an issue with it tracking actual sleep once. You have to take the blood pressure feature with a grain of salt since the tracking is literally coming from your finger. The most accurate bp will be your upper arm, but the ring is a good estimate. Mine on the ring runs a little high whereas my actual bp is always low. So once I had a baseline for the ring, I can measure if it’s within a range on the app to be normal. Samsung ring does not track bp.The heart rate is mostly an accurate measurement from the ring. Samsung ring heart rate tracking is comparable.Blood oxygen seems to be as accurate as the sleep tracking. Mine is almost always 98%. Sometimes it drops while sleeping, but I don’t have any sleep disorders, so that’s nothing that worries me. Samsung ring only tracks SpO2 while sleeping.I’ve not used the picture function since I don’t want to randomly take pics when I crack my knuckles or something. lol I did notice it in the settings though, and that’s something the Samsung ring “boasts,” as well. Now for the steps… This is the only function Samsung beats this ring. I wore both on the same finger and my Samsung Watch 5 on the same side to be as accurate as possible on the treadmill. I walked half a mile; the treadmill also has an odometer. The Samsung ring, watch, and the treadmill all clocked in at exactly half a mile with the ring and watch both registering exactly 1200 steps. This ring only registered 900 steps and 0.375 miles. This ring lost 25% of the steps while comparing devices. To me, the steps don’t matter. I’ve never tracked my steps; the watch does it automatically, but it’s not something I try to “achieve” like some people do. I work from home (sitting on my butt all day), so I have a treadmill, an upright bike, and a vibration plate to use randomly. The battery lasts me approximately 6 days and takes about an hour to recharge. Both rings came with charging cases. This ring has a ring charger and a c charger whereas the Samsung ring only had the c charger. This ring also came with 3 silicone covers.Overall, this $40 ring outperformed the $400 Samsung ring. I’m very satisfied. My teenagers decided they want smart rings for Christmas, and they will get this ring, as well.

Lightweight, pretty, mostly acurate
Love the changing color strip in the center of the ring. Makes it more unique. It doesn’t look like (not as bulky) other smart rings I’ve seen. Comfortable to wear, but I’d recommend a size or 2 larger than you normally wear. The biometrics and sleep times seem to be close to what my watch shows, but it does not acurately document the number of times I know I was awake during the night. That makes me wonder if it is acurately documenting my REM, light, & deep sleep. The steps are WAY off compared to my watch (by thousands at the end of the day). It’s a nice ring, durable, it hasn’t scratched yet, and is light-weight. I’m going to keep it even though it may not be totally acurate. This is my 1st smart ring, so I have nothing to compare it to. Maybe others are the same or are more acurate, I don’t know. For the price ($50), it’s a nice ring.

Best ring!
Highly recommend if you want to keep track of your sleep or your blood pressure. Easy to use. Works great, I do not have to charge it daily, unlike my watch. Appreciate knowing how I am sleeping, and it’s surprisingly comfortable. I use the covers to avoid scratching the ring, but I am very careful to make sure no water stays under the cover. It keeps a very accurate step count for me. Highly recommend.

Fit
Didn’t fit after I tried following instructions. Wish it would have fit.

Not accurate tracking
I bought this to see if I found the data useful before I bought a more expensive brand.I have a very old Apple Watch (3rd gen) and I feel my watch is much more accurate. The ring consistently reports I sleep 8 hours with zero wake ups when I wake up multiple times a night. So I know the sleep tracking is not at all accurate. My watch also said I walked almost 12k steps today, the ring reported less than 7k. Thats a huge discrepancy.I do not feel the ring is accurate on any measurements:

Cost effective Smart Ring
I really like how the ring looks and I like the app that comes with it and there is no extra charge for the app. You get covers in case you want to change the look. I also appreciate the price of the ring!

Runs small
Ordered my normal size 6 and it was tiny! Closer to a size 5 Afraid it would get stuck on my finger but it fit my sister, so it worked out. Waiting in the size 7 to come in tomorrow and we’ll see.

Very helpful fitness tracker at your fingers
very nice health tracker, need to manually set and calibrate your BP, have your averages, and set Diastolic and systolic at the same time to make it more accurate, but overall, pedometer, oximeter, sleep tracker, and pulse are very helpful
