I think it makes a big difference!
I have hypothyroidism and I lost most of the hair in the front of my head. Of all the places for a woman to lose her hair! It was devastating. I started on Thyroid medication and my hair started to come back but it was thin & weak & dull. I read about Biotin & felt like “great, most vitamins make me sick”. Biotin doesn’t! My hair will never be as thick as it was, I am 63 years old so I don’t expect my appearance to be as it was but my hair is thicker, each individual hair seems thicker & it stretches again. It has regained it’s flexibility & shine.My husband started using it as well. He rides a Harley & he had cut his hair short but then decided to,grow it back out. It has grown so fast in a very short amount of time.

Good for thinning hair
I am prone to hair loss being that I have very fine hair. I’ve been taking this everyday for 2 weeks and I see I have baby hair growing. I am hoping to one day be able to pick my hair up in a ponytail without feeling self conscious of my thin hair. It’s a good product.

Why Fix What’s Not Broken?
I’ve been using Sports Research Biotin Max Strength,10,000 MCG for a few years now. I take one per day. I remember within two weeks my nails which were previously weak, soft and chipped were growing like crazy! They were thick not flimsy and I could finally see the whites. My hair which was already thick benefitted too. After ‘dusting’ my split ends they came back less and less until they were almost gone. Completely changed the look of my hair. My skin tone was pale and dull. I noticed a hue of pink after a month. Funny story. ( sort of) Recently I lost a ton of hair due to a side effect of a medication. It became wiry, broke easily and just looked awful. Panicking, thinking my hair needed something extra, exotic even, I ordered a $40 bottle of hair vitamins containing herbals as well. The first day I was ravenous as usually happens when I take multi’s or certain herbals. I don’t know of any one else experiencing this. I sure do. I thought it might be worth it. A week in, the weight gain was obvious, but my hair? So I continued with the new supplement for another week. More weight gain and my hair looked the same. I discontinued the supplement and ordered Sports Research Biotin. I’m happy I did.

I got the product for my wife. Her hair start geting damage due to menopause. So, I decided to get it. It seems thatdoes make a difference in her hair quality. She do not see it only when she run out and after some time that she do not tell me to get some more. She notice that her hair is going back to damage and she remind me then to get her some. In conclusion, makes a difference but not a big one. Only when she stops takeing it she notice the difference. I touch and feel her hair weekly and I do notice when she do not take the biotim anymore. From silky and shine to look like dirty, unwashed even that she wash it. Wish that could do more, so she could see that it is working and worth it. Tired to convince that it is a difference if there is no big difference. Some people do not appreciate small differences only when they lost it. Sometimes when you loose it could be forever and cannot get it back. So, sometimes you cannot wait until is gone. It is easier and better to prevent it from dieing. It is like a plant that is getting weak. You can bring it to normal if you take care of it at the right time and even make it a lot better. Once it is dead, you cannot do anything, it is gone and lost. Use it the product or loose it the hair. Works with other parts of the body, the saying not the product.

I’ve used this product for 2 years and I love it! Recently I’ve ordered my mom a bottle and it’s helping her hair not break off.My skin looks better and feels better. My finger nails grow quicker and are stronger- they used to be flimsy and would break easily- that’s not the case anymore.I recommend this product every time I get a chance!

Quick difference!
I am pregnant with my 2nd baby and my hair felt super dull and thin, within 2 weeks of using this I already saw life come back into my hair! They are really small and easy to swallow! I’m excited to see more results as I continue!

Works So Well, But Not For Me 🙁
First off, I really do applaud the formula used in this biotin it’s really strong, and I started noticing results pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I seemed to have a reaction to it. 🙁 It began as a small white patch on my skin (which was easy to spot since because of my complexion), and then it spread into a larger rash on my face and on my left eye. Once I stopped taking it, the symptoms began to subside. So, the formula clearly works and delivers results, I think my body was just sensitive to one of the ingredients, and sadly it didn’t agree with my skin which sucks because it worked so well!

Ummmm alright. I’m a huge skeptic when it comes to ANY product that promotes hair growth, etc. However, as a 25 year old male with a DECENT full beard I found myself looking and researching all over about the different types of things I can use/do to help my beard and mustache grow even thicker. I read good things about Biotin products, and after doing some digging on Amazon I decided to go with this Biotin product.I’ve been using this product (5000mcg) daily since late October 2020, and either I’m going crazy or this stuff seriously actually works (FOR ME). I haven’t changed anything in terms of diet, physical activity, sleep schedule, etc. The only difference in the last two months is that I started taking this product, and I swear to you my hair everywhere on my body is growing much darker, thicker, and even longer. I’m not only talking about my beard though, I’m talking everything! Pubic areas, chest, back, arms, etc. Granted, I already grow hair in all of these places but for the most part it’s not much; however in the last 2 months I notice a much darker thick colour to the hairs in these places, making it more noticeable. I truly believe that I see a pretty big difference in myself and my hair growth when using this product, but what seals the deal for me is my wife noticing WITHOUT ME EVEN MENTIONING that I’ve been taking Biotin. I told her about it when she noticed that I’m becoming a bit more hairy, but it just confirms my case when using this product.What I’d like readers (if there are any hah) to keep in mind is that: I already had a full beard and long hair and hair on the rest of my body. My beard just wasn’t overly thick and dark like I wanted it to be, and my body hair is not much. I imagine that if you already have pretty good or decent hair genes, that a product like this can help accelerate that a little bit, which I believe to be my case. I’m fortunate enough to have good hair throughout my family, but this product seems to be helping me better achieve my goals for my facial hair.Needless to say that I’ve been a very happy customer so far, and will now be ordering my second bottle to make sure I don’t run out. The only question is whether I risk stepping up to the 10,000mcg dose or not… HahaP.s I know this is an important aspect as well, which is the pill size. The pills are very very small, if I can take them ANYONE can (yes, even you who has the fear of taking pills like I did for my whole life). This is actually a good pill to get comfortable with, and acquainted with swallowing pills. It helped me overcome that odd “phobia”. Great pill size, pretty decent taste too being it’s coconut oil, and just a darn good product overall.

My mother-in-law was using this and felt it helped with her thinning hair and brittle fingernails. She suggested it to me about a year ago and I have been taking it ever since. I know my nails are stronger and I can say that my hair is no thinner in this time period. I don’t honestly know if it is any thicker. I recommend it.
