    Excellent for plantar fasciitis
You can use to stretch calves, but in the end I like it for my feet.

An absolute necessity for anyone with drop foot
It gave a wonderful foot and calf stretch when I had drop foot. It was extremely useful combined with my at home physical therapy exercises.

    Read description before buying.
My wife bought this for stretching our pet cow. Apparently she didn’t read the description or see the pictures of a human using it. I did use it on my sprained ankle and it was a great tool to regain mobility.

    Not Quite for Me
When using this stretching strap, I had a bit of a mixed experience. I did, ultimately, end up with a nice stretch. It does what it was intended to do. Did it do it in a way that would make me start using this instead of my simple strap? Short answer, no.This stretching strap appears to be fabricated reasonably well. In terms of the sewing and fabric chosen, it all seems well done except for the velcro. The wide, but thin, straps aren’t comfortable or convenient for me. Others may love them, but I do not. I was definitely better at making them stick to each other than securing my leg/foot.Once I got it all set up, I found that the strap kept going from one side of my foot to the other. When I was able to keep it centered, it did a decent job of stretching me out. It stretched the toes well. It was just tough for me to keep it aligned.

Great stretch tool for calf and hamstring with soft neoprene
This is a wonderful addition to help with stretching, reduced body pain and one’s own well being. Body aches come with decreased movement and lack of flexibility over time. It does take time and dedication to gain that back and sometimes assistance is needed from a tool. This is great for someone that has very limited range of motion as well as people that already have some but need an extra boost. This helps stretch not only your calf but you can use it to stretch your hamstring. For those with the need to regain a lot of stretch/flexibility to your calf you can do this while sitting in a basic staff pose and once the tool is properly attached you will gently pull the strap towards your abdomen. If you do not feel the stretch and have more flexibility then you will need to lower the strap to the ground while still pulling towards your abdomen. This changes the angle and will give you more stretch. The nice thing about this is you can achieve a good stretch without rounding your shoulders and back forward. Like I said earlier this can also help stretch your hamstrings. For this you will need to lay on your back with the strap attached then with your leg straight pull the strap towards your chest until you feel the stretch. This will also stretch your calf. All bodies are different as well as flexibility levels changing the angle of the strap and force will help get a deeper stretch as well as increased flexibility and in turn will help reduce pain.As for the material and construction of this. The base of this is a neoprene that is very soft and can be nice against bear skin. The strap that goes around your ankle has elastic to it and is very comfortable. The strap that goes around your foot is not elastic and is stiff and this is the only part that I do not like. I like to stretch barefooted and wish this would have been like the ankle with elastic in the strap as it would make the entire thing comfortable. Over all the construction/stitching is well done. The strap and loop is like a seatbelt but softer and thinner. It is comfortable to handle and the loops make it easier to hold on too. There are cheaper ones out there and I have used a few of these but this is the only one that I’ve used that has neoprene and again it is the most comfortable one that I have had on my skin; so I think the price is fair at 14.95 considering price for material/construction.Here is my Pro/Con list…ProsNeoprene material that is comfortable on bare skinStretchy ankle strap which is comfortable on bare skinSoft and smooth strap/loopsNeutralFair priceConsFoot strap should be elastic as well, it is too stiff

    Great for stretching.
I’ve been using this stretching strap for a little while now, and I have to say, it’s quickly become one of my favorite tools for stretching. I’ve always had a hard time stretching certain areas, like my calves and hamstrings, especially when I’m trying to do it on my own. That’s where this strap really comes in handy. The material feels soft against my skin, which is a nice touch compared to other stretching tools I’ve used, and the hand loops make it easy to hold the stretch without having to grip tightly. I also love that it stays in place—no slipping or adjusting mid-stretch, so I can just focus on getting that deep stretch I need. One of the main reasons I bought this was to help with some plantar fasciitis symptoms I’ve been dealing with. I was skeptical at first, but after using it for a few days, I really started to feel the difference. The stretches feel so much more targeted, especially around my foot and calf area. I can feel the stretch working in a way that just wasn’t happening with basic wall stretches or rolling a ball under my foot. It hasn’t completely cured my plantar fasciitis (I don’t think anything will), but it definitely helps ease the discomfort. What I really like about this strap is how versatile it is—it’s great for warming up before exercise or just relieving tightness after a long day. I’ve used it in my routine to stretch before my workouts, and I’ve noticed that it helps loosen things up without overstretching or causing any strain. It’s definitely suitable for people of all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been stretching for years. For me, I like how adjustable the loops are. I can make the stretch more intense if I want, or ease off when I’m feeling a little tight. It’s also just really easy to use. I’ve never been a huge fan of complicated tools, but this one comes out of the box ready to go. I’ll be honest, I sometimes forget to use it as consistently as I should, but when I do, it’s clear that it makes a difference in my flexibility and muscle recovery. If you’ve got tight muscles, sore calves, or just want a more efficient way to stretch, I would definitely recommend giving this stretching strap a try. It’s well-constructed, comfortable, and really does the job when it comes to improving flexibility and relieving pain from plantar fasciitis.
