Gratitude, reflection, affirmation journal that has everything you need in one place! LOVE IT
This Daily Gratitude Journal has absolutely exceeded my expectations. The journal came super fast and well packaged, it was wrapped in plastic for protection so it arrived in pristine condition. I immediately opened the plastic to find a high quality woven textured cover and binding with gold lettering on the front that says “Daily Gratitude Journal”. The binding and cover feel quality and solid and the entire journal really did surprise me because it’s much MORE than just a gratitude journal! Each page of the journal has a space at the top for the date. Each page is a new day and of course it has 312 pages – os it will last you just under a year if you were to use it every single day – but as most of us likely won’t quite make it to an entry every day, this is likely enough to get you through a year or more. It even has a pen holder attached. But that’s not all!The journal does indeed have a daily space for gratitude. But the bonuses are that each page includes a quote from a famous person (examples such as Thomas Edison, Tom Hanks, Micheal Jordan, etc), and then every 7 pages (or seven days) there is a “Weekly Challenge” you can choose to complete. Then there are the additional spaces and prompts. After adding your daily gratitude, you can then fill in the rest of the spaces this lovely journal offers. Each page aslo has a space for a Daily Affirmation, a space to state how you would make today great (this sextion has a typo and says “How would make today great” (there should be a ‘you’ in there but this is a very small issue, just noting in case it would drive you nuts), and then there’s a seperate section at the bottom of each day’s page that is for reflection – there’s a space to list “Three amazing things that happened today” – more end of day gratefulness, as well as a last question that invites you to say how you could have made the day better. So it’s a very thorough and thoughtout prompt journal that I truly look forward to using and know that having a dedicated place to practice daily gratitude and reflection will help me to keep on top of this habit that I am trying to cultivate – we could all use a little more gratitude and reflection I believe, especially in the times we live in now. If you’re looking for a tool to help you stay the course with your gratitude practice, I highly recommend this journal.

Grow your spirituality through journaling
This is a beautiful journal book which offers a steady stream of inspiration and ideas for personal reflection. I suspect it would help those who want to be more intentional in their prayer lives. It’s probably inadequate for those well advanced in their spiritual journey, particularly those who have a long and well-established process of journaling. The spaces provided for seem perfectly adequate for brief reflections and ideas, but don’t provide for extended, lengthier reflections. Using this book over an extended period would provide the users with opportunities to revisit earlier reflections and to develop newer and deeper understandings. The book is sturdily constructed, highly organized, and attractive.

Be grateful and write it down – this helps
With its warm pink and leather cover, this journal invites you to write your thankfulness down every day – I always feel good just picking it up, opening, sitting with my coffee in the morning and taking the time to consider the day and (yesterday). Just one simple page every day – what I’m grateful for, affirmations for the day, what would make today great, and finally, 3 amazing things that happened today, and how could i have made today better. So this sets up your day! I usually write the results of the day before in the morning. So I list the 3 amazing things that happened, and then think about what would have made the day better — this leads right into the new day – where I can think about what I am truly grateful for this morning, and acknowledge my own power by listing my affirmations for the day. Then set my day on a really good course by visualizing what will make the day really great.Just a few minutes (I take about 10) to set your day and mind on a good course. Very nice journal — this is the first time I’m trying an exercise like this and I am truly enjoying it.

I’ve been using the SUNEE Daily Gratitude Journal for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become an essential part of my daily routine. The layout is clean and intuitive, making it easy to spend just 5 minutes each day reflecting on gratitude, positivity, and personal growth. What I love most:Short & Manageable: Each entry only takes a few minutes, which makes it perfect for busy mornings or evenings.Encourages Mindfulness: Prompts are thoughtful and help shift focus toward positivity and personal accomplishments.Beautifully Designed: The journal feels high-quality and inviting, which makes journaling a pleasure rather than a chore.Even on hectic days, this journal serves as a gentle reminder to pause, reflect, and appreciate the small joys in life. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my mood and mindset since starting it.Whether you’re new to journaling or a seasoned pro, this journal makes building a daily gratitude practice easy and enjoyable. Gratitude, Gratitude, Gratitude!
This Gratitude Journal is great! It’s overpriced at $30, $20 would be a fair price. The journal is just right for what I need. The journal provides a weekly challenge, a simple task that is fun to complete. I love the morning questions and really appreciate the wrap-up questions at night. I am keeping this at my computer because it’s where I sit every morning and every night before bed. The pages are thick and the printing is good. The book itself is very well-made. I like that it has a loop for a pen. The journal I picked is a pretty pink. I would gift this to a friend with no worries about the quality; however, the price needs to be lowered a bit.
