Llevo ya como tres semanas tomando el ULTRA CAL todas las noches y honestamente me ha encantado. Lo preparo con agua fría, sabe riquísimo (como limonada con frambuesa) y me deja súper tranquila antes de dormir. He notado que descanso más profundo y me levanto sin esa sensación de cansancio o ansiedad.Lo que más me gusta es que no me cae pesado ni me da sueño raro como otras cosas que había probado. Los paqueticos son muy prácticos, los llevo hasta cuando viajo y me sirven para mantener mi rutina.No sé si es por la combinación del magnesio, la ashwagandha o qué, pero sí siento la diferencia. It’s like drinking a hairball dipped in sweat.
Absolutely do not buy. Ever. Ever, ever. Have been purchasing the other brand (rhymes with mellow) of this product for over a year. When I went to repurchase that brand, this one popped up. Thought I did my homework and was getting basically the same product at a better price, so, I bought it. Opened the bag to use one yesterday and was so disappointed. All the pouches are covered in powder. Not a big deal but makes me wonder about the cleanliness of their manufacturing facility that the powder goes everywhere to coat the pouches. First thing I noticed was the smell. Smells like turpentine. And the taste…..it’s horrendous. Absolutely awful. It’s like drinking concentrated NyQuil. Such a horrible medicine flavor. Could barely choke it down. Decided to try it one more time tonight and nope. My body said, “I rebuke you”. Could not drink it. Then I tried to come online to return the product and it isn’t returnable or refundable. Please learn from my mistake. Don’t do it. You’re not saving money if you have to throw this away.

Love these, apart of my daily routine now
Love these. They have definitely helped with bloating a lot of you have high stress and cortisol- but don’t buy them if you just want to lose weight because that’s not what they’re for (even though people on tiktok will tell you so). Has helped with stress and lowering cortisol. Definitely apart of my routine now and I take daily. I take it in the morning or evening but some people prefer the evening before bed to help you sleep- I don’t think it makes a difference because it doesn’t make me tired or change my sleep habits at all.I definitely had a mood shift the first week of using!!!!! I felt VERY very down and anxious. I researched this a lot and this is normal if your body is adjusting to lower cortisol. It passed after about 5-7 days. At one point i stopped taking it for a few weeks while i was out of town, and when i restarted i had the same mood issue so it’s definitely from these. But when used consistently I have had no problem and it has helped me a lot with bloating, energy, and anxiety. Totally worth the money! I’m on my second pack.
