This is the first push-up board I have ever used. The build quality seems good. The knobs on the handles work in easily, and the sizing seems correct. The grip handles are comfortable too.

This is an excellent push-up travel kit! This was built with quality, very sturdy with nonslip bottom surface, and a confortable fit with excellent arm spacing! This is an effective workout tool and great for the beginner, as well as fundamental push up training reminders!

Handles snap and fall off during push ups
I wanted to get a wood product to reduce exposure to micro plastics, as most push-up boards are made out of plastic, but this is really not well constructed the handles fall out of place when you’re doing push-ups and you are susceptible to injury. I know I injured my wrist doing push-ups on this thing. To the manufacturer, you may want to have better fitting handles that do not rock back-and-forth during push-ups, I’m sorry to say it just feels like this thing is put together carelessly.

Very useful and portable
Got this as a gift for my husband for Christmas. He enjoyed it very much. It helps him with targeting different muscles while doing push ups. The handles are very sturdy and fit into all the holes without any issues. The holes are color coded which helps you to remember which muscle group you’re working so you can switch it up daily. The handles can get a little stiff the more pushups you do. He ended up adding some fabric to them for cushion. It folds up easily making it easy to transport. Overall, it was a great gift.

High Quality!
You pay for what you get and it’s very reasonable I believe. Compared to the cheap plastic versions the fit and feel of this is above the rest. Solid construction, no slip movement, quiet function. My first impression during unboxing was “damn” this is nice. You can’t go wrong with this item. Highly recommend. Don’t waste your money and time on the cheap plastic junk.

Very sturdy, compact when folded
Bought this for my husband after buying a plastic one with bungee and a curl bar. The plastic one was so flimsy and difficult to use. This is perfection, it’s not all cutesie and it’s durable, doesn’t move around when using and it folds up and can be stored in a cloth bag when not in use. 5 stars

本体は、２枚の板が蝶番で連結されており、広げて使用する。使わない時は、畳んで付属の収納袋に入れられる。どこに穴にハンドルが設置できるのかが棒線で結ばれた穴で識別するようになっている。実際に使ってみた。ハンドルの設置位置によって負荷のかかる筋肉の部位が変わり効果的に特定の部位の筋肉を鍛えることができるのがよく分かった。幾何学模様のようなデザインは、どこにハンドルを設置するとどこの筋肉が鍛えられるのかを示しておりボードの中央部分にアイコンでどこの部位を鍛えられるのかが描かれている。線の色とアイコンの色で、どこがどうなのか分かりやすいのはとても良かった。個人的に赤線のところに設置すると、かなりハンドル間の距離がせまく慣れない位置での腕立てになったのでほんの数回やっただけで、かなり筋肉に負荷が溜まりました。これは、かなり効きそうでした。

自宅トレーニング用に購入しました！折り畳み式なので収納しやすく、木製の質感もおしゃれで気に入っています。床に置いても滑らず、安定感もばっちりです。最初は一部の使い方に少し戸惑いましたが、数回使えばすぐに慣れました。腹筋ローラーやプッシュアップの幅も変えられるので、色んな部位を鍛えられて便利！省スペースでしっかりトレーニングしたい方にはおすすめです。
