Great Vibration plate and fair price
ve been using the Homesy Vibration Plate for a few weeks and I’m honestly surprised by how much I like it. It’s easy to set up, super sturdy, and gives me a great workout without taking up much space. I usually do about 10 minutes a day, sometimes while watching TV, and I can really feel it working my legs, core, and arms (especially with the resistance bands). The different speed levels make it easy to adjust depending on my mood, and the remote control is a nice touch so I don’t have to bend down to change settings.What I really love is how much better I feel afterward — my muscles feel loose, my energy’s up, and it’s even helped with some stiffness in my lower back. Noticed impact with first try but remote doesn’t work
Machine works well. I noticed a wave of relaxation come in while sitting. I lost my dad, almost lost my mom, lost my cat, job, an uncle, got in to a car accident and so much more all in 16 months on top of having spinal issues. … I needed that feeling. But the remote does not work. 😭😭😭
