This charges quickly, heats well and massages very specific locations on the knee.
Both of my knees should be replaced, according to rheumatologists and orthopedic specialists. I carry osteomyelitis in my bones from an old injury that became badly infected. It is my understanding that osteomyelitis remains dormant in bones, but never goes away. If I get knee replacements, it is almost guaranteed that the area around the new joint will become infected and could cause amputation.With that backstory, I decided to give this a try. It seems to do everything it is advertised to do, with the exception that I have yet to notice a difference in the pain level in either of my knees. My wife is also developing osteoarthritis in one of her knees, so has also been using it. Again, it works well, but she is not seeing noticeable improvement, either. It has only been several weeks, so we will continue to use this device. I wish I could give sound advice on whether this works to heal bone-on-bone joint damage, but, at this time, I can’t say.

I used it twice a day for 10 days straight on the highest setting on both the heat & vibration. I have yet to feel ANY improvement. I have been limping on my left knee for years because of age (75) & by no means do I need a knee replacement it’s just weak so I find the reviews from the people that said their Dr. said they need knee surgery & after using the Nooro knee machine they no longer need surgery. The machine looks like it is well made but the heat & vibration alone does not help, I am limping again right after I take the machine off my knee. I live in a small town that doesn’t have a UPS store & have to drive 50 mile round trip to a UPS store in a bigger town to return it so I am just going to keep it like I do on alot of stuff I order from Amazon that;s less expensive . Just thought I would warn other people it doesn’t help your knee.Ceri Smith

It does Feel good.
I actually like this Nooro Knee Massager because it kind of relaxes my knee muscles and the oscillating vibrating pulses feels good. If you have it on high heat it can get a little too hot. I gave it a 3 star rating because it really hasn’t improved my knee function. I have a bone on bone knee with all the cartilage is worn out. I dont think this does anything to heal your knee if it is bone on bone. The online advertisement says it will regenerate collagen which is what creates the slippery stuff that keeps your knee lubricated. Their web site actually promises to restore cartilage, alleviate pain, and bring back the joy of movement. I think it makes my knee feel good before i go to bed. I have been using it twice a day for the last 2 months and every day when I go outside to do stuff around the house my knee still hurts bad enough to have to take 4 ibuprofen tablets. So every day when I get out to do my chores I take ibuprofen first and at night when I come in the house I use the knee massager to make my knee feel better but I really dont think it is healing my knee.
