Easy to use for my knee exercises
This is exactly what I needed to be able to do some of my PT exercises at home. Easier to grip than the beach towel that I started with for knee exercises, as the arthritis in my hands does not like to cooperate some days. Love that I was able to purchase in my favorite color as well. Makes exercising a little more fun. I am 5’2” and this was the right length for me. If you are tall, you may need to purchase one longer than 75”.

This yoga strap has been amazing for my at-home physical therapy routine. it allows me to do all the stretches and exercises my therapist gave me, and it feels just like the ones they use at the PT center. I use this quality stretching exercise strap by Trideer to safely do my physical therapy exercise at home. It is a sturdy, but flexible design; made of soft material to grip, and is easy to use, placing loops on my foot and hand. It is very long and has multiple loops , so people of almost any height can use it. I like that it has a 12 month warranty and it was a good value for the price. I love the cherry bright color.

I was disappointed with the colour. It turned out to be darker than the illustration. I thought it was pink, but it turned out to be dark purple.
