Bellisimo difusor! Estuve haciendo mi busqueda para reemplazar mi difusor en mi habitacion y di con este difusor hermoso de ceramica blanco y color madera. Tiene luces que cambian en tonos agradables para la hora de dormir, opcion de 2/4/6/8 horas de aromatherapy constante. Buena calidad y vino muy bien empacado

Deceptive advertising
I ordered this because it looked like there was no plastic. One I received it and removed the ceramic cover, the whole water tank was plastic which is not what I wanted.The advertising is deceptive. If you are looking for a plastic-free defuser, this is not the one.

Good product
It’s so cute and I love the quality of it. I would say this is worth the price. It also fits a lot of water and gives a strong scent!! Aesthetically pleasing!!

Good purchase
So far so good. Arrived flawless and works great too. One thing I’d say where there might be room for improvement is the light color. I was hoping the white would be a neutral white, but it’s somewhat blueish. Not a big deal though

Bought it back in 2022 and it worked really well while it lasted, always keeping my house smelling fresh and it looked really great too. When it broke back in 2024 I decided to try a different brand but that one only lasted for about 7-9 months so now I’m coming back here to buy this one again so I can have it for another 2 years

Not worth it
The water capacity wasn’t as big as I’d like so it would need to be refilled sooner than other ones (it is more convenient to have one that lasts 8 hours). Also, it didn’t even get daily use but stopped working completely after 2 years.

Great for 3 nights, then I couldn’t start it again; but GREAT customer service!
Update #3: This diffuser has persnickety control buttons. I thought the 1st one failed because I couldn’t get it to restart after three nights of working just fine. I wrote to seller, and they sent me a free replacement. Now that I’ve learned how to operate these unusual controls, I decided to test the “old broken” one again. To my surprise, tonight it works fine! So maybe the 1st one wasn’t broken… might have been a case of complex controls and user unfamiliarity! Or… will it work for a few nights and then fail again? I’ll update with news.Update #2: Seller sent a new diffuser, and it works fine. Great customer service!Update #1: Seller has agreed to “send a new kit.” I’ll update again if we receive it and it works more than three nights!We were excited to try our very first essential oils diffuser at night in our bedroom. Lovely style, subtle pleasant light, nice! Three nights it worked. Then I replenished water/oil again as usual and tried to start it last night. Nada! It would not turn on! I’ve checked and rechecked. Unplugged and replugged. Nada!I sent an email to the manufacturer today, and a message to the seller. I’m hopeful someone will respond and repair/replace it!
