Great Ball and Customer Service
I’m only writing this because of the amazing customer service I’ve experienced! I purchased this ball 3 years ago for my first pregnancy, and it lasted through my entire pregnancy (I’m also plus size), postpartum with a baby who played with it, and a move. Until a kid popped it with a pen. I needed another one since I am pregnant again so my mom gifted it to me, but it developed a hole almost immediately since I did not follow the instructions to let it sit for 2-3 days before fully blowing it up. I messaged Trideed on my own Amazon account, and they immediately sent me a new one even though I received it as a gift from another account! This time I will follow the instructions and blow it up properly, but I’m so grateful how easy it was to get a replacement. I love this ball for pregnancy and even just regular exercise. It’s so sturdy and I maybe needed to fill it with air a couple times in the 3 years I had it. And this new one seems to match the quality of the first. Definitely recommend, it just sucks that the price went way up! For reference I only paid $16 for it the first time…

Great for pregnancy!
Loving my new exercise ball. I am 7months pregnant. I have been using it for back pain and to help me prep for labor and delivery. So far it has been great, it holds air really good. The texture is nice it, does slide around when using it unless I need it. The size was as order, I did pump it and than pump it up again after it stretched to get to size. The color was black just like the picture. So far its been easy to use and works greats for what I need. The only reason it has 4 stars is because pumping it up was rough maybe just me being pregnant but it took some time to get it pumped. I got a good arm work out.

What you see is what you get. Comes with a hand pump that takes a few minutes to inflate the ball. Came with three plugs for use to keepthe air in. It comes with a measuring tape to show how infalted it is when full between 58 and 64 cm is optimal (for me). I’m using it for golf training, I’m sure it has other uses. I have not tried plaing my bodyweight on it yet. Easy to use. Works well for what I’m doing. Seems to be a good value for the money.

Things I wish I would have known. Do not over inflate the ball during the first inflation. There must be two inflation stages. First inflation pump It up what the foot pump that it comes in the box, just until the folds in the ball get a little tension. Also do not push the plug all the way in after the first inflation so it’s easier to remove before the second inflation. Wait 2 full days (48 hours) during said two days do not use the ball. While you’re waiting in between stages find a short wide box, fold the access cardboard into the box and tape it to the inside of the box. Bada boom batta bang you now have a ball holster. Also take your time pumping the ball up. It’s going to take about 45 minutes to pump the ball up to the first stage if you don’t stop pumping. It took me about 2 hours to pump it up with the foot pump taking breaks intermittently. Also get a little container for the valve plug puller and extra valves that come in the box as well. 330 lb weight limit. I’m right there at that limit and this thing is sturdy. I know it’s tempting to use the ball in between stages but don’t. It might take away some of the integrity of the ball or give it an not so desirable shape. This ball is a 10 out of 10 change my life I was in a near fatal semi truck accident messed my back up. This ball has changed my entire recovery process, strengthened my core, I sit on to cook to full laundry to watch TV to play with my dogs to put socks and shoes on to hmm hmm 🤭 anyways I highly recommend it. It’s really easy to clean little bit of dawn or any light soap on a wash cloth set it right in your shower wipe it down rinse it off let it dry. I used it everyday since I’ve ordered it. It’s good on linoleum, hardwood floors, carpet, clean smooth concrete, tile, soft not sharp pokey grass and yoga mat. The gray one is the one I ordered.

This product is nicely designed. It has a stylish deer graphic logo on it, which adds to its cachet. Right out of the box, you are greeted with a very effective easy-to-use foot-pump, that absolutely minimizes the hassle of inflation that typical hand pumps would offer – this unit with the included foot pump was the easiest time I ever had inflating a Swiss Ball. I believe this product is designed to the minimum thickness standards to give it a “heavy duty” or “puncture-resistant” designation, but I will stress that these units will all likely fail if used in the presence of even a small chip of glass left on the floor from a broken wine glass or light bulb! I think a manufacturer would have to go up to a material like Kevlar for one of these Swiss Balls to be relatively puncture-proof, and I doubt they have created a Kevlar that can expand like this rubber can, nor would it be cost-efficient. So a word of warning – if you or your housemates are prone to breaking the occasional glass item and fail to completely vacuum or sweep up every little shard of glass, be prepared to order a new one of these, for this is what will bring you back down to Earth in an instant if you happen to place your new Swiss Ball on top of any small particle of glass and apply downward pressure (I bought this unit for a buddy who did just that – popped his previous Swiss Ball – and I found a few shards of glass around his work area afterwards, where he uses the Swiss Ball as a chair!). Also, I was unaware of this, but if you do manage to burst this product through the above-mentioned housekeeping negligence, especially if you are in the middle of doing flys or presses with dumbbells etc., there is a real possibility of doing injury to yourself if you experience a sudden bursting. And, again, I stress, this (bursting) is likely only to occur if any sharp item such as a small piece of broken glass, a stray sharp-pointed screw, etc., is left lurking on the floor proximal to your area of use. Otherwise, if you keep this unit stored out of direct sunlight and away from anything that could puncture it, it should last you many years.
